Ingredients:
340 g of spelled flour
10 g of dry yeast
200 ml of warm water
1 onion
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of flax seeds

Preparation:

  1. Add sugar, salt, yeast, a couple of spoons of flour to warm water, mix, set aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Cut the onion into cubes, fry in oil for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Add suitable steam, fried onion, and flax seeds to the flour.
  4. Mix for 10 minutes. Cover with film. Leave for 1 hour and put in a warm place.
  5. Make a bun, form a loaf, put it in a baking dish and place it on a baking sheet. Allow to rise until doubled.
  6. Bake at 200 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
  7. Remove from the mold and cool.
